Agreement

By working with ZARIQ, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't hire us.

What We Provide

• We provide agency and learning services including:
• Brand strategy development
• Visual identity design
• Marketing management
• Workshops and consulting
• We deliver the agreed services on the agreed schedule. We do not guarantee specific business results such as sales or growth.

What You Provide

• Timely feedback and approvals
• Access to necessary information and materials
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Honest communication about your business

Project Timeline

• Timelines are estimates, not guarantees
• Delays from your side (late feedback, missing materials) extend the timeline
• We'll notify you if unexpected delays occur on our end

Revisions

• Each service includes a specified number of revisions
• Additional revisions are billed separately
• 'Revisions' means refining existing work, not starting over

Cancellation

• You can cancel anytime with written notice
• Work completed up to cancellation is billed in full
• Deposits are non-refundable
• If we cancel, we refund unused payments

Liability

• We're liable for the quality of our work, not for your business outcomes
• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project
• We're not responsible for how you use or implement our work

Confidentiality

• We keep your business information confidential
• You keep our methods and processes confidential
• Both parties can share only with written permission

Dispute Resolution

• Talk to us first - most issues can be resolved through conversation
• If not resolved, disputes are handled under Omani law
• Mediation before litigation
